Small Website - Some Flash

Job Description:
I am the owner a locksmiths company and need a website made. The site should be easy to navigate and look very proffessional.
**+** There will be no more than 10-12 pages, no database, all pages will be static.
**+** I prefer table layout (not frames), with the menu
(nice rollover buttons) down the left hand side.
**+** There should be a decent splash page (with locks and keys flying around camera going through a keyhole at the end?).
**+** A flash banner which will be displayed on the top of each page (again with locks and keys). (so 2 flash items)
**+** Pictures/graphics should be of Locks, padlocks, keys etc to suit the theme of the site.
**+** Darker background colours are prefered.
**+** I encourage your creativity.
Proffessional looking site is of highest importance as it will reflect the business!
You can use flash to make the whole site if you wish.
Mock-up designs would be great, (attached is the existing logo) but examples of previous work will be fine.
i will supply the winning bidder with all photos and text items to be feature on pages (photos, quotes, lock types, services, blurbs etc).
**Only quality experienced web-designers should apply!**
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
