Locally based in Melbourne. Have made videos like this before. Can screen capture the app to get the pages animating then put in inside an animated phone. Can even make the phone 3D to add more interest than the Travello video. Can then add a chromakeyed hand like they've done or just put pulses where someone is tapping the screen. Can make the background more interesting as well with some great stills or video with distracting attention from the phone with the app features.
