V-Ray Rendering & Updating 3D Model

I need to have 6000px X 4,000px high-resolution image renders of a 3D Model I already have. The model will need to be updated based on the edits I have marked down with color on the images attached. These changes are fairly minimal. I will be providing the client Logos, client the art deco Pattern (available in both .AI and .EPS formats), and the 3D software source files for this model (available in .3DS, .DWG, .DXF, .MTL, .OBJ, .FBX, and .MAX formats.) Essentially, this is for a Proof of Concept update for the client to approve the idea of having a "wine bar with microscopes" for gemologists to appraise high-value customer jewelry and educate high-value customers about precious gemstones over a glass of wine. No need to be accurate in any engineering way, it is just a proof of concept. I'll be printing these in high resolution and I'll also have a videographer place actual videos on the store LED video screen to show a sample of the videos to the client in context of the store, so I'd love to have a "green" or "blue" screen as a placeholder on the store video screen.
