Salespeople will be calling clients that are possibly owed money from a government department. There is a specific script to use and training videos available. Ideally, calls will be made daily to 10 - 20 potential clients. Salespeople will not have the responsibility for getting client's names and phone numbers because this information will be supplied to the salespeople by our company. The goal of the salesperson is to get the clients to agree to signing a contract that would have our company work on their behalf to retrieve their money for them on a contingent fee basis. Salespeople will not be getting any personal information from the clients especially not any financial information from them. Salespeople that successfully get clients to sign up will be given a flat rate fee for the contract signing. If our company is successful in collecting the client's money, then the salesperson will receive a commission of 40% of our part of the recovered amount. This amount will be no less than $1400 and will have no specific maximum amount.
