The task is to be able to play a media file ie .wav or .mp3 and for the PC in UBUNTU OS system to record internally concurrently

1) Jack is the software I am using for virtual audio recording but there are challenges, it cannot play mp3 files and record simultaneously

2) Pulse Audio Volume Control must be able to detect Jack. Currently, it does not
