We are starting up a new website which offers web hosting and we are looking for someone who can respond to our support request made by our clients. We are running red hat linux with cPanel/Whm. The ideal canidate will have strong experience is server admin, and cPanel. They would also be given root access to our server to help troubleshoot issues should they arrive. Response time MUST be under 30 minutes 24 hours a day, and will be monitored by us.
You are bidding on how much you would charge to respond to 100 general support request. Your bid is how much you would charge per 100 emails, meaning if you answer 200 emails you would get paid double.
Please also indicate what hours you are NOT availbalbe in Pacific Standad Time, as there will be multiple winners for this project.
In the near future we may also need for someone to staff our live support chat.
