Voice Over Artist for Long Term Project

We need both male and female voice over artists for animated explainer videos with American and British Accent. Artist must be familiar with explainer videos and have prior experience of recording voice overs. Artist must know how to record lively, energetic, and enthusiastic voice over. This is a long term project. We require 2-5 voice overs every week. It would be great if I could get both male and female from one artist. If so, I am willing to outsource my complete business to you. Usual length of video is anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. The artist we choose to hire must deliver voice over within 24 hours and also provide revisions within the same time period. Also, my budget is $10. So if you cannot do in this price, please don't bid.
