Build an E-Commerce Website

We are looking at building a full E-Commerce Website. Our company offers Goods such as furniture, TV's Mobile Phones and services such as Vet Bills online with payment via finance terms where the product is paid for over a period of time.
We are looking for a person or company with the required skill set and ability to build this website for us and ongoing marketing and management of our website. We need to market the website and market onto social networks like FAcebook and Google.
Whoever we choose to do this for us needs to be experienced and ideas driven. We already have a basic website but need to be more professional. Our skill base is not web creation so the people we work with will need to offer ideas and thoughts about building this project.
This project would include 2 areas.
1. Personal information collection and storage when clients apply
2. Build a data management section where payments are managed. This will include variations on payments, notice of payment changes, calculations for payment variations and a lot more.
We will own the Source Code and documentation behind the website. This ensures we have access to the coding in case something ever changes. But our intention is to work with the people who build this on an ongoing, lasting basis
We would like to think this can be built over the next 4 to 8 weeks
