Preparing files for Israeli Sephardi applicants for Spanish citizenship

Due to legal changes in Spain, Sephardi Jews might be able to apply for Spanish citizenship. My law firm represents Israeli Sephardi Jews that wish to apply. In order to apply, the applicants must submit a document describing the relations with Spain, with supporting documents: Birth certificate Marriage certificate Criminal record A ketubah in the sefaradi version (it details that you are not allowed to take a second wife) A certificate from an authorized rabbinical institute that applicant has Sephardi roots Proof of participating in a Sephardi community Proof that family names are Sephardi - I will send freelancer academic literature to assist in providing such proof Videos of family member: a. speaking Ladino b. Describing their Sephardi roots. Videos must be uploaded to YouTube Any document that can prove Sephardi origins, or special relation with Sephardi culture: Tombstone pictures, a certificate from a known Sephardi community, a family tree, a genealogical study, an academic degree related to Spain Proof of charity activities The final product should be a document in English summarizing the above mentioned, and presenting a convincing case of the applicants special relationship with Spain and Spanish culture. I need a freelancer that, after training, will be in touch with clients, and if required meet with them or have Skype calls with them in order to prepare the report. I request a quote per file prepared. The final product should be a report in English with supporting documents as attachment. The style of writing requested is similar to academic or legal texts, with footnotes. If a freelancer has similar work he has done in the past, I would be glad to see it. Knowledge of English is a must Knowledge of Spanish and or Hebrew is a serious advantage
