The Project will involve scanning for all available research studies on the themes listed above and then identifying those studies that appear to offer the greatest evidence for "Cause / Effect". In other words, as we scan all the academic research, where can we identify POWERFUL, peer reviewed evidence for social, behavioral, cognitive "norms" that can we taught / acquired that researchers believe will lead to greater levels of Innovation, Agility, Inclusivity, Next Gen Leadership, Employee Performance / Productivity and Customer Engagement, etc.
Lastly, you MUST have your own access to wide ranging academic studies from which we will do our meta analysis.
