Contest Title: UI/UX Mobile App Design - "Legacies" - Family Memory Preservation App (iPhone/Andriod) Project Overview: We're seeking talented UI/UX designers to create beautiful, emotionally resonant screens for "Legacies” — a mobile app that helps families capture, preserve, and share life stories across generations. This app serves two primary audiences: families honoring loved ones who have passed away, and elderly individuals who want to document their own legacy while still living. About the App: Legacies allows users to create digital profiles for loved ones, add memories with photos and descriptions, build visual timelines of life events, and invite family members to contribute stories. Think of it as a living family archive where memories and relationships come together in a timeless way. Target Audience: * Adults aged 40-75 (primary users) * Family members collaborating on shared memories * Users who may not be tech-savvy * People experiencing emotional moments while using the app Design Requirements: Please design logo for the app as well. Also provide Splash screen for the app. For this contest, please design 3-4 of the following screens: 1. Login/Welcome Screen — First impression with app branding, tagline, email/password fields, social login options (Google, Apple, Facebook), and sign-up link 2. Legacy Dashboard (Home Screen) — Overview showing active legacies, quick stats (total memories, contributors), recent activity feed, and legacy cards with profile photos 3. Legacy Profile Screen — Displays a person's complete profile including photo gallery, life span dates, biography, relationship to user, and recent memories grid 4. Add Memory Screen — Form for uploading photos, adding title, date, description, tagging people, and selecting mood/emotion Design Guidelines: * Accessibility First: Large, readable fonts suitable for older users; clear tap targets; high contrast for readability * Emotional & Warm: Soft, calming color palette that feels respectful and comforting — this app deals with cherished memories and loss * Simple Navigation: Intuitive flow that doesn't overwhelm; minimize complexity * Modern yet Timeless: Clean, elegant aesthetic that feels both contemporary and enduring * Mobile-First: Design for iPhone and Android (provide designs at standard mobile dimensions) What We're Looking For: * Original, thoughtful designs (no templates) * Attention to the emotional nature of the product * Clear visual hierarchy * Consistent design system (colors, typography, spacing) * Both light mode designs (dark mode optional/bonus) Deliverables for Contest: * 3-4 high-fidelity screen mockups (for selection) * Brief explanation of your design choices * Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD files (or high-resolution PNG/PDF) Once selected: The selected designer will be contracted to complete the full app design (approximately 10-12 screens total) including these: • Login / Signup • Dashboard • Create Legacy • Add Memory • Shared Legacies • Timeline View • Profile Page • Invite Contributor • Paywall / Subscription LOGO for the app. Budget: Contest amount. Timeline: 1-2 weeks to apply, 2 additional weeks to deliver final version with iterations.
