I’m looking for an experienced sales professional who can open doors for my civil-engineering construction firm inside the renewable-energy sector. We don’t sell solar panels, turbines, or other technology—we supply the concrete, earthworks, access roads, and structural foundations that make those projects possible. Your task is to identify and win over project owners, EPC contractors, and developers across the country who need a reliable civil partner for upcoming solar, wind, or hydro installations. You’ll be operating on a national scale, so I’ll rely on your existing contacts and your ability to prospect, qualify, and nurture new ones. Success for me looks like a steady stream of warm, decision-ready leads and signed work packages; success for you is measurable in clear milestones we’ll agree at the outset (number of qualified introductions, RFP invitations, or contracts closed). If you’ve previously sold construction services into renewable-energy projects, know how to speak the language of developers and financiers, and can hit the ground running without a long learning curve, I’d love to hear how you would approach the first 90 days and what support you’ll need from my team.
