We are looking for a part-time position to be responsible for setting up and maintaining our Quickbooks Online file. Responsibilities will include entering invoices (mainly monthly subscriptions, we are a tech startup), paying contractors, reconciliation and other relevant book keeping responsibilities. You will report to our CFO.
You should have experience with book keeping for a US company. Preference will be given to CPA's or CA's with experience of both US and Canadian accounting. The company is small right now, so there isn't a great deal to be done but we expect this to change in the coming months. This is a great opportunity and could turn into a full-time position in the future.
You must have an excellent command of spoken English and be available on central standard time (USA).
