I am looking to hire someone to work as my full time virtual assistant / bookkeeper. I will be using Zoho tools as follows:

I want to build a system that allows data to flow between the systems. This is for a long term job ( full-time ) - however we are a startup company, so we don't have top dollar to spend on this.
