We are looking to start a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in the United Kingdom (UK), but before we do, we need some general tax and banking questions answered.
Would be advantageous if you were operating as an accountant within the UK but if not, you must know about the UK tax/banking system and also some knowledge on international banking.
