The roles will include billing and disbursment processing, account reconciliations and general accounting servcices.
I am hoping to find someone who has had experience working with Lexis Affinity. Version is 11.1 as a practice management too, and accounting system.

A leading law firm has had some staffing issue in their accounting team resulting in several key employees resigning and leaving very little processes documented.
As such, the firm is significantly behind in invoicing and disbursement processing, as well as credit card and trust account reconciliations. As there are no processes documented, and only a couple of junior staff trying to catch up, they require someone who can quickly identify a pathway to catch up on the backlog for cash flow purposes, and in doing so define/document optimal processes that will be able to be transitioned to a remotely sourced team in the future that this role will be responsible for the recruitment of.
The firm is looking to turn a painful situation into an opportunity to optimise the way they resource their accounting team. Once the immediate issues are fixed, the firm will look to enhance their team with reporting and financial analysis capabilities being added.
