This job is based in Singapore.
SAP resources –
1. Basically to support Finance Team, in testing of SAP functions, prepare test data, upload of data before go-live, work on cleaning up the existing master data.
2. Help me to organize SAP meetings etc
Reporting to me, but work mostly with Finance team for point 1. Above and work closely with SAP Manager for point 2 above.
Someone with FI/CO module experience.
In additional if someone knows the PS module is added advantage.
It should be someone with good experience in SAP roll out and able to work independently.
Someone who is either (1) a SAP/IT person with accounting knowledge or (2) a qualified accountant with SAP knowledge.
Local SSC resources –
To do SSC local tasks such as scanning, sending of document to SSC, filling etc. and must be able to communicate with Accenture and our staff.
To do general support task in Finance dept
Reporting to me or someone else I have not decided.
Someone who is good in administration work, resourceful, careful, and hardworking.
Someone with Business Admin background or Accounting background.
Able to work overtime.
Has worked in a SSC environment is an added advantage.
Good in Excel skills.
