We require custom software for our Guest House.(Hostel Management cum accounting software) Here are the requirements that we require in our software. • Tenant Management. • Room Management. • Payments Management. • Receivables and Payables. • MIS Reports of payments and payables. • Admin panel. • Stock Management. • Payroll Note: - • No alterations to any of the entries allowed except the master account. Even if an entry is made by master a/c it should be in record. • User accounts can be created and deleted as per requirement. • Account heads can be created and modified as per requirement. • The payments from tenant /guest can only be accepted after the guest/tenant verification is complete.
