I'm not bidding on this project, just trying to give some helpful advise. I think you need you need the help of a support coordinator. Do you have any funding for one? I would suggest avoiding any proposals from overseas and vet anyone that your going to hire on freelancer.com. You'd find better help via an ndis facebook group or even your local LAC
