I need a Canadian Certified Professional Accountant to perform an independent audit examination of my non-profit’s financial statements for the most recent fiscal year. Our annual revenue sits between $150,000 and $250,000, so the engagement is straightforward but must still satisfy board oversight and donor expectations. Scope of work covers the balance sheet, income statement, and cash-flow statement only. You will review underlying documentation, test material transactions, evaluate accounting policies against GAAP, and issue a signed audit opinion that can be shared with regulators, funders, and the board. A concise management letter highlighting any control or presentation issues would also be appreciated. I can provide digital access to QuickBooks files, bank statements, grant agreements, and prior-year workpapers. Most coordination can be done remotely, but I’m available for video walkthroughs or follow-up questions as needed. Key deliverables: • Auditor’s opinion letter on the three statements • PDF set of audited statements with your signature and firm details • Brief management letter outlining findings and recommendations Please outline your timeline, the sampling approach you prefer, and any experience you have with non-profits of similar size when you respond.
