Part-Time Accountant & Corporate Secretary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team on a part-time basis to manage essential accounting and corporate secretarial tasks. Responsibilities: Monthly Accounting: Update and maintain the company accounts. Perform bookkeeping of bills and documents, both digitally and physically. File GST returns accurately and on time. Corporate Secretarial Duties: Handle tax filing, including Form C and ECI submissions. Prepare and file Annual Returns (AR) and organize Annual General Meetings (AGM). On-Site Support: Occasionally be present at the office to oversee operations in the absence of the person in charge. Requirements: Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and corporate secretarial work. Familiarity with Singapore compliance requirements, including tax, GST, and corporate filings. Strong organizational skills to maintain records both digitally and physically. Flexibility to work part-time and ability to visit the office when needed. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
