Your background should combine bookkeeping know-how with CPA-level expertise so monthly payroll is processed accurately, taxes are filed on time, and the resulting data flows cleanly into my books. Deliverables • Process and submit one payroll run each month in [login to view URL] • Generate all standard Patriot reports—pay stubs, tax liability, YTD summaries—and send them to me in PDF/CSV • Reconcile payroll entries to QuickBooks Online after each run • Flag and correct any compliance issues or ledger-mapping problems you notice Access to state or local tax portals and my Patriot account will be provided once we verify your location.
