We're in need of someone to manage our accounts, provide entry level tech support and admin for our business.
You'll be in charge of general accounts (consolidating accounts, advising of upcoming bills, following up on invoices), connecting our customers to the support they need, and various admin tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
We are a fully remote team and to be successful you must have an excellent handling of English and have customer service experience.
Majority of your correspondence will be via email however we will require you to make and received phone calls from time-to time (such as booked phone calls).
Hours are varying on a casual basis as the company is rather young. We're looking to expand this to full time requirements gradually.
