OUR WORK PROCESS (at Present)
1. Customer drops-off order with Partner. Partner fills out Work Envelopes with customer details and phone number and more.
2. Partner calls Happy Ireland HQ to book a collection. Happy Ireland books collection with Courier.
3. Courier collects the items and returns consignment to Happy Ireland HQ.
4. Received Orders to processed and lodged into Xero
Work Envelopes Details updated in Xero “working paper”
“Working paper” saved as draft invoice on xero.
Working paper is printed and attached to customer order as a working reference as the order is processed.
5. Job Processed & work finish. “Working order” updated by hand to show work order notes for each individual item of the order.
6. Working Paper and partners work envelopes are scanned onto Xero and attached to Draft invoice #.
7. Working Paper is edited with updates or price changes and branding theme is changed to “Customer Work Orders”. Then printed copy is attached to order. This branding allows for final customer to have a full invoice on collecting the Item from the partner. For both parties to know what the final total is.
8. “Customer Work Orders”. Is then Edited. The branding is changed to “SPI”. Then firstly the agreed partners discount is applied. Then Secondly the Dropdown menu of “Amounts Are” is changed to Tax Exclusive. Then printed copy is attached to order. This printed copy if for partner only to show discount amount plus VAT.
We are a services business, so all service products are inputted as inventory.
We have partners in the UK in Northern Ireland and Europe in Republic of Ireland.
We need pricing in both Sterling and Euros. Different prices for different products.
