Email Marketing Execution Specialist (Backend Setup, Forms & Integrations)

I’m looking for a reliable individual freelancer to join our team (no agencies or teams) to support backend email execution across multiple client accounts. This is an execution role only, not strategy, copywriting, or design. What you’ll do - Set up and schedule campaigns and flows in platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Constant Contact - Load provided templates from Canva or BEEFree and apply final copy - Create forms, embed codes, and connect basic integrations, native or Zapier - Set audiences, timing, sender details, and exclusions - QA links, personalization, and formatting - Confirm setup details in Slack before anything goes live Requirements - Hands on backend experience in at least two email platforms - Experience with forms, embeds, and integrations - Strong attention to detail and able to follow checklists Availability - Consistent working hours with overlap in US Pacific Time To apply please include: - the email platforms you’ve worked in - your Monday to Friday availability in Pacific Time - one short example of a campaign, flow, or form you’ve set up Short skills check, required to apply You are asked to schedule a campaign for Tuesday at 10:00 am Pacific Time to a specific segment.
