About Us International Outsourcing Group is a global provider of outsourcing services specialising in basic business functions and administration. We have over a decade of experience in providing outsourcing services and our growth and success has helped many businesses of all sizes achieve their outsourcing goals. We are always looking to build our international workforce and require more candidates to support our growth. The role We are looking for associates to join our workforce to complete the basic business functions and administrative duties required by our clients. Hours will vary from week to week and successful candidates can be offered up to 37.5 hours per week. Requirements Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following: • Strong English language abilities both written and verbal • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence • Experience performing general administrative duties highly regarded • Be highly organised and able to follow systems and instructions consistently • Ability to work independently with remote support and supervision • Posses the IT resources to complete the work including computer hardware, fast, reliable and secure internet connection, antivirus and camera and headset for video calls • A dedicated office space with associated equipment to perform duties professionally • Availability to work between 8:30am and 5:00pm AEST What we offer International Outsourcing Group will provide the following: • All training, support and supervision • An Australian based Manager who will work with you closely to ensure you succeed • Opportunities for career advancement and higher pay rates • Regular opportunities for work up to 37.5 hours per week • The opportunity to work with a global provider of outsourcing services If you believe you have what we are after, please apply for the position.
