Surplus Funds Lead Generation & Administrative Assistant Job Type: Part-time / Contract Location: Remote Pay: Hourly + performance bonuses (DOE) About the Role We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support a growing surplus funds recovery business. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, comfortable communicating with leads, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and speed. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Research • Identify surplus-funds leads from county records and auction lists • Verify homeowner/claimant information through public databases • Conduct skip tracing to locate contact details • Organize leads into spreadsheets or CRM (provided) Data Entry • Enter all lead and case information accurately • Maintain updated records of contacts, calls, and statuses • Ensure all documents and notes are stored in the proper folders Outreach (Email & Phone) • Send professional outreach emails to leads • Make outbound calls to verify information or pre-qualify potential clients • Leave clear and concise voicemails • Track all communication attempts and outcomes Administrative Support • Assist with document collection (IDs, affidavits, claim forms, etc.) • Coordinate follow-ups and schedule call-backs • Prepare simple reports or summaries as needed Requirements • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Experience with lead generation, skip tracing, or real estate–related research (preferred) • Comfortable making outbound calls • Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Drive, and basic CRM tools • Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information Preferred Qualifications • Experience in surplus funds, real estate, collections, or legal support • Familiarity with county public records and data lookups • Prior virtual assistant or administrative support experience What We Offer • Flexible remote work • Consistent weekly tasks • Training and scripts provided • Performance-based bonuses for appointments booked or successful lead conversions • Long-term growth potential if you perform well How to Apply Please submit: • A short introduction about yourself • Your relevant experience • Your availability (hours per week) • Your hourly rate
