I’m looking for a highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant to help me manage and structure multiple businesses under my company TIVOAR. I operate several projects at the same time, and I need someone who can help me organize, follow up, and keep everything running smoothly. Your main tasks will include: • Setting up and managing multiple business emails (one email per website/project) • Organizing Gmail + Drive + folders + files • Managing communication with companies (entertainment companies, media licensing companies, production studios, etc.) • Helping me reach out professionally to big studios regarding short-drama licensing • Helping prepare messages, proposals, and email templates • Tracking progress across all projects (websites, ads, operations) • Research tasks: finding studios, suppliers, partners, platforms • Helping improve workflow and keeping everything clean and organized • Light assistance with eBay operations (very small part of the job) • Helping with ads (Google Ads / Meta Ads) or coordinating with professionals What I’m NOT looking for: • Someone to list eBay products (I do that myself) • Someone who needs step-by-step push for every small task • Someone slow or unorganized Ideal candidate: • VERY organized and detail-oriented • Fast learner and comfortable with new tools • Experience with email management, business communication, and research • Can write clean, professional English emails • Understands basic business structure & workflow • Familiar with Google Workspace • Bonus: experience with media, film licensing, or contacting studios Work details: • Part-time (1–3 hours/day to start) • Long-term role • Budget: $8–$15/hr • I will be working closely with you — I handle the business, you organize everything around me If you’re interested, send: 1.
