Key responsibilities • Own my calendar: set, confirm, and reschedule appointments so nothing slips. • Triage and draft emails in German and English, keeping my inbox organized and up to date. • Prepare and update documents, spreadsheets, and simple reports from provided data. • Register our listings on the right real-estate portals, social media channels, and email-marketing tools, then follow up to be sure each post is live and accurate. • Liaise with local companies—photographers, trades, notaries—by phone or email to arrange on-site work and collect quotes.
