Looking for an office / finance admin to help enter receipts into a company ERP system.
Description of task:
- You will be provided access to a company email address and VPN access to a company ERP system
- Each day around 180 delivery dockets (receipts) will be scanned and emailed to you via the company email address
- Your job is to enter these receipts into the company ERP system (Microsoft Great Plains)
- It is estimated that each entry will take around 1 minute
In return, you'll be paid a full time wage (8 hours a day, 5 days a week).
Ideally we are looking for someone:
- Who is in the GMT+8 timezone (Perth, Australia)
- Able to work 8am to 4pm AWST time Monday to Friday
- Is comfortable entering receipts into an ERP system
- Has daily access to a computer and internet connection
- Is responsive and attentive to detail
