I have a single PDF that contains several well-structured tables laid out in straightforward rows and columns. I only need the tabular data—not the surrounding text or images—moved into an Excel workbook that looks exactly the same as the original pages. Column order, row spacing, borders, fonts, number formats, and any subtotals must be preserved so a side-by-side comparison shows no visual differences. I’ll provide the PDF right after we start. You can use the tool or workflow you prefer—whether that’s Adobe Acrobat, Power Query, Python with tabula-py, or manual re-creation—as long as the final .xlsx file is pixel-perfect and ready for immediate use. Before delivery, please double-check that: • every value from the PDF is present and in the correct cell, • no extra blank rows or columns appear, and • totals or formulas (if any) return the same numbers shown in the source.
