Alongside that, I need an eye-catching, illustrated cover that still feels professional rather than playful; think crisp lines, confident colour choices and clear branding that will stand out as a thumbnail. Once the visual side is locked in, I’ll need the file exported to standard retail specs (print-ready PDF plus an EPUB/MOBI version). A light proofreading pass to catch lingering typos or layout glitches is part of the brief. On the sales side, I’m leaning toward launching first on Gumroad, but I’m open to your advice on whether expanding to platforms like Amazon or Kobo makes sense.
