Creative ESG Report Design

I’m preparing our next Environmental, Social & Governance report for a leading Australian drinks distributor and need a designer who can turn data and narrative into an engaging, visually rich Word document. The final file must remain fully editable in Word—my team will update figures each quarter—yet look as polished as a bespoke magazine spread. Here’s what I have: a rough structure, all copy, brand colours, fonts attached. What I’m missing is a creative eye to weave everything together, bring key numbers to life with clear charts and graphs, and illustrate our impact stories through custom images or infographics that feel fresh rather than corporate. I’ll supply the content in sequence; you’ll develop a layout template, design the cover, section dividers and page styles, then drop in graphics where the data calls for them. Accessibility and clean hierarchy are important, but I’m leaning into an artistic vibe—think bold compositions, playful use of white space and confident colour blocking that still respects brand guidelines. You’ll hand over the finished .docx plus all linked assets (icons, source artwork) so we can export to PDF internally.
