One concept across both a poster and a brochure is the right instinct, and it is also the part that needs the most care - because the two are read in completely different ways and a layout that ignores that serves one of them badly. A poster is seen from a distance and given about two seconds. It needs one dominant message, a single focal image, and type that carries across a room. Everything secondary has to be genuinely secondary, or nothing reads at all. A brochure is held. The reader has already chosen to engage, so it can carry detail, sequence and a proper reading order - the job there is guiding the eye through the information rather than shouting one line. So what I would build is a shared visual system - palette, typography, image treatment, the way your brand identity is expressed - and then apply it with different hierarchy in each piece. Same family, different job. That is what makes them feel like one campaign rather than two designs that happen to share a colour. On delivery: print-ready CMYK PDFs at high resolution with correct bleed and margins, plus the editable source files so you are never locked to me for a small change. I will check your printer specification before final export rather than assuming standard settings.
