Event Visual Designer for MICE Management Company

We are a MICE and corporate event management company looking for a reliable and creative event visual designer for ongoing project-based work. The selected freelancer should be able to develop complete event visuals based on our brief, venue dimensions, branding guidelines and reference images. Scope of Work Depending on the project, deliverables may include: 2D and 3D stage designs and realistic renders Event entrance and registration-area designs Branded standees and signage Photo-op and experiential installation concepts LED screen layouts and holding slides Backdrops, welcome boards and directional signage Branding adaptations for different event areas Print-ready and production-ready artwork We are looking for someone who understands corporate events, conferences, award nights, product launches and employee engagement events, rather than only creating general architectural or interior renders. Key Requirements Strong portfolio of actual event, exhibition or stage-design work Ability to convert a basic concept into a polished visual presentation Good understanding of dimensions, proportions, production feasibility and branding Quick turnaround, especially for urgent pitches and client presentations Ability to revise designs based on feedback Clear communication and dependable availability Proficiency in relevant 2D and 3D design software Please share: Your event-design portfolio Software used for 2D and 3D work Typical turnaround time for one stage concept Number of revisions included Your per-project or per-render pricing Whether you can also provide final print-ready artwork This may develop into a long-term association for the right designer, as we regularly require event concepts and visualisations.
