The relaxed character pose holding a drink gives Pinecones a friendly, nostalgic personality, so I’d keep that same casual body language and reinterpret the person as a simple vintage animal mascot such as a bear, hedgehog, turtle, or small dog. I’d combine the mascot with subtle pinecone or tree details, using a tan interior and green border so the symbol feels warm, handcrafted, and suitable for an ice cream and coffee trailer.
