Convert an AI-Generated Team Flag Design into Print-Ready Illustrator Data for Large-Format Printing Project Overview We already have a completed flag design image for a youth baseball team. The design was created using generative AI, and the overall design direction, layout, and atmosphere are already decided. However, this will be printed as a large team flag, so the current image cannot simply be enlarged and printed as-is. We need the existing design to be prepared as print-ready Illustrator data suitable for large-format printing. This is not just a JPG/PNG export task. This is also not a task where you simply place the current image into Illustrator. It includes large “Shinsho” text in the center, a slogan at the top, sponsor information at the bottom, and a QR code. ________________________________________ Final Print Size Please create the Illustrator artboard at the following actual size: Width: 2900 mm Height: 900 mm Please keep the design as a horizontal flag/banner layout. If there is any issue with this size, please ask before starting the work. ________________________________________ Bleed and Safe Margin Please prepare the file with the following settings: • Final size: 2900 mm × 900 mm • Bleed: 30 mm on all sides • Safe margin: at least 50 mm inside from the final trim edge Important text, logos, QR code, and sponsor information must not be placed too close to the edge. ________________________________________ Resolution Requirement For raster/background parts, please prepare them at a quality suitable for large-format printing. Minimum requirement: • 100 dpi at actual size • Preferred: 150 dpi at actual size For reference, at 150 dpi, the final artwork should be approximately: 17100 px × 5300 px or higher The brush-style background does not have to be fully vectorized if that is difficult. A high-resolution raster background is acceptable. However, important elements such as text, logos, sponsor names, and QR code must be clean and not blurry when enlarged. ________________________________________ Scope of Work 1. Rebuild and prepare the current design as Illustrator data Please use the current design image as the base and prepare it as large-format print-ready Illustrator data. Do not create a completely different design. Please keep the current atmosphere, layout, colors, and dynamic sports-style look. Please improve or rebuild the parts that may become blurry when enlarged, including: • Main “Shinsho” text • Top slogan • Sponsor name • QR code • Important text and logo areas • Background resolution where needed • Areas that may become pixelated • Layer organization • Vectorization where possible ________________________________________ 2. Do not simply place the image into Illustrator The following delivery conditions are not acceptable: • Just placing a JPG/PNG image into Illustrator • Text or logos becoming blurry when enlarged • QR code not readable • Images remaining as external links • Fonts not outlined • Images missing when opened by the print shop • No quality check at actual print size Please prepare the file properly for print delivery. ________________________________________ Layer Organization Please organize the Illustrator file with at least the following layers: 1. The task is to prepare the existing AI-generated flag design as large-format print-ready Illustrator data. A file where the image is simply pasted into Illustrator, or a delivery that only includes JPG/PNG exports, is not acceptable. A full redesign or complete full-vector recreation is not required, but important elements such as text, logos, QR code, and sponsor information must be prepared cleanly so they will not look blurry in large-format printing.
