Book Design Specialist for Clan Business

Job Title: Graphic Designer (Book Design & Layout) Company: Clan Business Pvt. Ltd. Job Type: Full-Time / Freelance / Project-Based Location: Remote / Faridabad (Hybrid optional) About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design visually appealing and professionally structured books. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in book layout, typography, page composition, cover design, and print-ready formatting. You will work closely with our team to transform raw content into engaging, reader-friendly books that maintain both aesthetic quality and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities * Design book covers, inner pages, and complete book layouts * Create visually attractive page compositions, infographics, illustrations, and graphics * Ensure proper typography, spacing, alignment, and readability * Convert manuscripts into print-ready and digital-ready formats * Maintain consistent branding and visual style across books * Collaborate with content, marketing, and project teams for revisions * Prepare final files for publishing and printing Requirements * Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in book/magazine/editorial design * Strong portfolio showcasing book designs or publication work * Proficiency in: * Adobe InDesign * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Canva / Figma (optional) * Good understanding of: * Typography * Color theory * Print specifications * Layout design * Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple revisions Preferred Skills * Experience in designing: * Educational books * Story books * Business / corporate publications * E-books / PDFs Basic illustration skills are a plus What We’re Looking For: * Creative mindset * Strong attention to detail * Good communication skills * Ability to understand content and convert it into impactful visuals How to Apply Send your resume + portfolio + previous book design samples to us.
