Creating a cinematic edit that flows seamlessly and captures the essence of your footage is exactly what I enjoy. I’ve recently worked on similar projects where I focused on smooth transitions and balanced color grading, ensuring that the final product feels polished and engaging. I understand the importance of layering a fitting background track that enhances the visuals without overshadowing the dialogue. Your request for a high-resolution master and the editable project files aligns perfectly with my workflow. With a strong understanding of how visuals support storytelling, I prioritize clear communication and reliability throughout the process. What’s your preferred turnaround time for this project? Regards, Leon B.

@hasidh

Hi there, Your focus on steady pacing, invisible cuts, and organic transitions is exactly how cinematic narrative editing should be approached. Rather than relying on distracting, flashy effects, I build flow through motivated cut points, audio-driven pacing (J-cuts and L-cuts), natural match cuts, and balanced color grading that complements your lighting and tone. Turnaround Time: First Cut Draft: Within 24–48 hours of receiving your footage and asset access. Revisions & Final Handover: Within 12–24 hours post-feedback. A Few Quick Technical Questions: What is the total volume/runtime of your raw footage, and what is your target length for the final sequence? What camera profile/format was used (e.g., Log, standard Rec.709, 4K ProRes, MP4)? Which software do you prefer for the editable project file handover (Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve)? Does the footage contain sync dialogue/voiceover, or will the piece be driven purely by visuals and music? Final Deliverables Provided: High-bitrate master export in source resolution (1080p / 4K ProRes & H.264/H.265). Clean, organized project file with relinkable folder structure (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve). Commercial royalty-free music license certificate and original audio track. I am ready to review your footage and start cutting right away. Looking forward to collaborating! Best regards, Hasidh

@PGHerry

I can edit your supplied footage in DaVinci Resolve, focusing on natural pacing, balanced colour and music that supports rather than covers the dialogue. My background is technology-content operations, copywriting and video editing. I would organise the footage, shape the sequence around the intended mood, match exposure/colour between shots, and use restrained transitions motivated by the action. After the first cut, we can refine the pacing in one review round. Delivery: a master at the source resolution (1080p or 4K), an editable DaVinci Resolve project with relinking notes, and the music file plus licence/source details. I would use music cleared for your intended use and project-file delivery, or a track you supply with permission; paid assets would need agreement first. Rate: INR 1,000/hour. I suggest agreeing an initial 5-hour cap for one short edit (up to 3 minutes finished, from up to 30 minutes of source footage). Target first cut: within 2 working days after the files, brief and format are confirmed. Larger or more complex edits would be scoped before work begins. How long should the finished video be, how much footage is there, and do you have a reference for the mood? Please also confirm aspect ratio, frame rate and where the video will be used.

Hi, I’d love to turn your raw footage into a smooth, cinematic edit that feels intentional and film-like rather than simply cutting clips together. I can handle: * ? Clean, natural cuts with seamless transitions * ? Balanced cinematic color correction/grading * ? Carefully timed royalty-free background music * ? Pacing that follows the story and complements the camera movement * ? Proper audio balancing so music never overpowers dialogue * ? Final delivery in 1080p or 4K, depending on your source footage * ? Editable project files in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve I pay close attention to timing, visual flow, music synchronization, and small details that make an edit feel professional. I can provide a polished first cut within the agreed turnaround time and make revisions based on your feedback. I’m ready to start as soon as you share the footage and editing requirements.

Hi, this brief matches my DaVinci Resolve focus: cinematic pacing, natural transitions, balanced colour, clean dialogue/music levels, and delivery of both a high-resolution master and organised editable project. I’m building professional client experience, but I have hands-on practice with cinematic edits, colour grading, sound design and motion work in Resolve/Fusion. I can start immediately, share an early pacing preview before final polish, respond carefully to feedback, and supply properly licensed royalty-free music. My rate is ₹900/hour with availability up to 10 hours. What are the raw-footage length and desired final runtime?
