The task is to transform raw, vertical clips into high-octane shorts that keep viewers glued from first frame to last. Every edit should feel alive: up-down moves, rapid jump-cuts that suddenly breathe, then snap back to speed-ramped action. I need seamless variable-speed transitions—both slow-motion stretches and fast-motion bursts—timed perfectly to the music and beat markers already in the timeline. On top of the pacing, layer in bold text callouts, graphic accents, and light character animations wherever they add punch. Nothing overdone, just kinetic enough to amplify the energy without distracting from the core footage. Deliverables • 30–60 s vertical masters (1080 × 1920, H.264 .mp4) ready for upload • Project files (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve—use what you’re best at) with all assets linked • One round of minor revision per video to fine-tune timing, colours, or copy Acceptance criteria • Up-down and speed-ramped transitions feel natural, never jarring or lagging • Variable speed changes remain buttery smooth and synced to the soundtrack • Text, graphics, and character animations are clear at mobile size and match the palette provided • Final renders free of watermarks, artefacts, or silent audio gaps Raw footage, brand colours, and font files are standing by, so once we agree on the workflow you can jump straight into animating.
