Skilled Video Editor Needed for YouTube

@danino29

Retention-focused long-form editing depends heavily on whether the raw footage comes pre-scripted with clean audio or more of a raw talking-head dump, since that decides how much time goes into restructuring versus just tightening cuts and captions. Comes from a cinematic editing and motion graphics background, mostly After Effects and Premiere Pro, so pacing and sound design fit naturally alongside straight cuts. For ongoing weekly work, starting with one video as a trial run usually shows whether the pacing style matches before locking into a bigger workload. What's the average length of the videos you're posting now?

For Skilled Video Editor Needed for YouTube, pacing and brand frames have to match the brief on first cut. I edit your clips to length/tone, then lock colour once you approve the beats. Your brief centres on: We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Video Editor for remote, ongoing YouTube video editing work. I edit promo/social video where first-pass pacing matters. First step: share clips, length, must-have shots. Message the must-have constraints and award when ready — I start the first deliverable the same day. Ridwaan M
