Social Media Video Editors Needed

I run a growing creative agency and I’m looking to add a few reliable editors who live and breathe short-form social media content. Most of the raw footage arrives vertical, meant for Instagram Reels and repurposed horizontally for YouTube. Turnaround is quick and the style my clients love is fast-paced with lots of effects—think snappy jump-cuts, kinetic text, seamless transitions, subtle sound FX, and color that pops without looking over-processed. Here’s how we’ll work: I’ll drop the footage, reference links, and a loose storyline in a shared Google Drive folder. You take it from there in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects—whatever keeps you fastest—then send back a first draft plus the project file. I give concise timestamped notes, you tighten things up, and we’re good to post. Deliverables for each assignment • 30–90 sec vertical master (1080 × 1920, H.264) for Instagram Reels • 16:9 reframed version for YouTube Shorts (same length) • Editable project file with all assets properly organised • One exported thumbnail frame at 1920 × 1080 I typically have 3–5 videos a week ready to edit, so consistency and good communication are essential. If you’re confident with motion graphics, know current social trends, and can keep energy high without sacrificing clarity, I’d love to see a quick reel and hear your average turnaround time.
