Freelance Video Editor (Religious/Spiritual Content) ​Role Summary: ​We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Freelance Video Editor to transform raw footage of our temple lectures and discourses into engaging, polished content for digital platforms (YouTube, social media). This is an opportunity to contribute to spiritual and cultural outreach in a meaningful way. Location & Work Arrangement (Flexible): ​The position is open to editors globally, with special consideration for candidates in or near Kurma Gram, Bihar. We offer highly flexible working arrangements: ​On-Site (Kurma Gram, Bihar): Work directly at the temple premises. Food and basic accommodation/shelter will be provided in addition to a negotiated monthly stipend/salary. ​Remote (Work From Home): Work from your current location with flexible hours. You will receive a competitive project-based or monthly salary. ​Key Responsibilities: ​Editing Long-Form Lectures: Assemble raw, multi-hour footage into polished, focused lecture videos (e.g., 20-60 minutes). ​Creating Short-Form Content: Produce engaging 30-60 second clips (Reels/Shorts) from the main lectures for social media promotion. ​Graphics & Text: Add necessary titles, lower thirds, and on-screen text/subtitles (Hindi and/or English) to clarify key spiritual concepts. ​Audio Enhancement: Clean up and master audio quality to ensure the lecturer's voice is clear and prominent against any background sounds. ​Visual Storytelling: Select appropriate B-roll footage or visual elements (e.g., devotional imagery, subtle animations) to enhance the spiritual message. ​Delivery: Ensure final videos are exported in the correct format and resolution for platforms like YouTube and Instagram. ​Required Skills & Experience: ​Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio, ideally including experience with religious, educational, or motivational content. ​Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). ​A keen ear for audio and a strong eye for continuity and pacing. ​Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines efficiently. ​Bonus: Familiarity with Hindu/Dharmic spiritual discourse and the
