Your daily work will revolve around three core areas: • Client touchpoints – promptly answering calls, texts, and emails in polished English and, when needed, Vietnamese, so every lead or existing client feels heard and informed. • Data accuracy – entering listings, contacts, and contract milestones into my CRM and the MLS, double-checking that nothing falls through the cracks, and flagging any missing documents right away. • Time control – maintaining my Google Calendar, setting showings, confirming inspections, and watching the contingency and closing dates so we never miss a deadline. In addition, I’ll rely on you to pull fresh property lists that match buyer criteria, prepare basic comparative market data, and keep a running log of outstanding paperwork for each file. I work primarily with Google Workspace, Dotloop, MLS Matrix, and occasionally Excel; if you’re already comfortable with those tools you’ll hit the ground running. Success for me looks like clean data, zero missed deadlines, and clients who consistently comment on how quickly we respond.
