Affiliate Outreach & Business Development Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Outreach & Business Development Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This role has two key responsibilities: 1. Affiliate Outreach – Recruit Australian influencers, creators and businesses to join our affiliate program. 2. Business Development – Contact cafés, restaurants, dessert bars, cinemas, party businesses, wholesalers, schools and other businesses to introduce our products and generate wholesale sales opportunities. This is a long-term position suited to someone with strong communication skills, excellent written English and experience in outreach, lead generation or sales. Responsibilities Affiliate Outreach * Research Australian influencers and content creators. * Find business contact details and email addresses. * Send personalised emails inviting them to join our affiliate program. * Follow up with potential affiliates. * Maintain accurate records of all communications. Business Development * Research businesses that could benefit from our products. * Contact potential wholesale customers via email and other appropriate channels. * Introduce our product range and wholesale opportunities. * Follow up on enquiries and nurture potential customers. * Record all leads, conversations and outcomes. Daily Expectations * Work 8 hours per day. * Research new businesses and influencers. * Send a high volume of personalised outreach emails. * Follow up with previous contacts. * Keep CRM or Google Sheets up to date. * Meet daily outreach and lead generation targets. Requirements * Excellent written English. * Strong internet research skills. * Previous experience in: * Lead generation * Email outreach * Sales * Business development * Influencer marketing * Ability to work independently. * Excellent organisational skills. * Reliable internet connection. * Experience using Google Sheets, Gmail and online research tools. Preferred Experience * Affiliate marketing. * B2B sales. * Wholesale sales. * CRM systems. * Marketing or business development. * Cold email outreach.
