Wedding Video Editing from Footage

I have multiple camera angles and separate audio tracks from my sister’s wedding and I want them woven together into a cohesive, traditional-style keepsake. The finished piece should run somewhere between 10 and 30 minutes—long enough to capture the day’s key moments without feeling drawn out. The entire wedding ceremony and the full speeches during the reception should be edited and included in their entirety. Then take some other videos and photos from the reception to flesh it with the key memories and to communicate the energy and feel of the night. You will receive: • Raw video files (with audio) from 2 cameras covering the ceremony, speeches, first dance, and reception highlights. The DJI video was recorded using D-LOG M (10-bit) so it will require some color editing to make it look right. • Audio from the cameras will be included. Note: The DJI raw video files are using audio from Bluetooth Lav Mics which were connected to that camera specifically. What I need back: • A polished and professional quality 1080p (or higher) master video file (.mov or .mp4 h.265) of the video in color-balanced/optimized/enhanced and audio-mixed/balanced/optimized, ready to share state. • A short 1–2 minute teaser cut pulled from the main edit (nice for social sharing) • All Project files (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve—use whichever you prefer) so we can make tweaks later if needed. • Any additional source materials (if other source materials not provided by me were used in the production.). • A statement of release assigning full ownership and all rights for the video and any content included in the video. Smooth transitions, natural pacing, and respectful coverage of ceremony moments are important. Please sync external audio for crystal-clear vows and speeches, trim out pauses, and keep the overall look classic rather than overly stylised. Send a quick note about the editing suite you’ll use and a link to a comparable wedding reel you’ve completed before. Once I pass over the files via cloud storage, we can set milestones for a rough cut review followed by one revision round before final delivery.
