Women's Retreat Video Coverage

I'm in need of a professional videographer to cover a women's retreat. This event will involve various group activities and live music sessions, along with plenty of candid moments. We will have guest speakers but are yet to decide if this segment will be filmed or not as this depends on the content they will cover, which might be sensitive and not for publication. Key Responsibilities: - Capture a wide range of moments, from group activities to spontaneous interactions. - Film the live music sessions in a way that conveys the atmosphere and energy of the performance. - Edit and produce a highlight reel of the retreat, summarizing major activities and moments. - Ensure to film any keynote speeches or special presentations at the event. - Conduct and film short interviews with attendees to capture their thoughts and experiences. - Work closely with the event planner to ensure all important moments and schedules are covered. - Utilize multiple camera angles to capture different perspectives of the activities and performances. - Film the event setup and decor to provide a sense of the event's ambiance. - Make sure all audio captured, particularly during the music sessions, is clear and of high quality. - Film interactions among attendees to showcase the sense of community at the retreat. - Record any workshops or instructional sessions that take place during the retreat. - Offer the option to deliver all raw footage to the client for future use and reference. - Submit edited version to client Ideal Skills: - Experience in event coverage, particularly with capturing candid moments. - Ability to film music sessions professionally. - Excellent understanding of how to convey the atmosphere of an event through video. Please include samples of your previous work, particularly event coverage and music sessions, in your proposal. The videographer will be expected to cover the event for partial days over 3 - 4 days. A programme will be provided to allow the videographer to come and film the required segments on specific days at specific time. Include guest speakers' (interviews) segments in the final edit. However, as earlier mentioned, this may include the sessions when they are speaking. It depends on the topics they will cover. Ensure the raw footage is edited and color-graded before submission. The highlight reel should have a calm and reflective editing style. The final edited video should be submitted in MP4 format.
