ASTA Construction Programme Update

My existing construction programme is already built in Asta Powerproject and the file is ready to share the moment we start. I urgently need it refreshed to reflect our latest site realities: • Revise the overall timeline where dates have slipped or accelerated. • Re-balance resource allocation so labour, plant and subcontract allowances match the new sequence. • Re-check and repair task dependencies to keep the critical path accurate. At this stage I’m not certain whether extra activities must be inserted; once you see the file you can advise if new tasks are the best way to capture recent scope changes. Speed is important—I’d like a cleaned-up .pp file (and a PDF print if possible) turned around very quickly, ideally within the next day or two, with a short call or markup explaining the key changes you made.
