An Excel file holds thousands of laboratory records—each row has the lab’s name, address, and phone number. The goal is to create an AI-driven agent that, for every record, will: The process is simple: enter the lab’s name, address, and phone number into Google AI or another AI tool and ask what tests the lab offers. Results usually come back within a minute. We only need to check whether each lab offers four specific tests. I’ll show you which tests to look for and share examples of our search results so you can automate the process for the entire list. Right now I perform this by pasting the lab details into Google’s AI search and copying the results by hand; it works, but repeating the process for so many labs isn’t viable. I need that entire workflow automated. Key points you can build on • Source list: a clean Excel workbook (.xlsx) • Target data: medical tests only—other services can be ignored • Discovery strategy: feel free to combine Google AI, Custom Search API, scraping, or LLMs, as long as the final output is accurate and repeatable • The solution should run unattended across the full dataset and allow future re-runs when new labs are added • Clear logging and error handling matter so any labs that cannot be matched can be reviewed manually Deliverables 1. Production-ready script, notebook, or containerised app (Python preferred, but language is flexible) 2. Instructions for setup and API keys (if needed) 3. A small sample run on 50 labs showing the expected spreadsheet output 4. Documentation on how to extend or tweak the agent when the input list grows Acceptance criteria • ≥90 % of websites correctly matched on the sample run • Extracted test lists reflect the wording found on each site • Spreadsheet columns are complete, with blanks only where the site truly lists no tests or cannot be confirmed Once the agent passes the sample check, I’ll supply the full Excel file for the final run.

Hi, I am Adeel. I built Boostifai, an AI SaaS that audits sites and extracts structured data at scale using Python and LLM integration, so pulling structured test lists out of messy lab websites is familiar territory. For this I would combine a search step, Google Custom Search or scraping, with an LLM call constrained to only return the four test types you specify, logging confidence and flagging anything unmatched for manual review. I would build and run the 50 lab sample first so you can check accuracy before committing to the full 10000 record run. Are the four target tests always named the same way across labs, or does the wording vary a lot site to site?

Hi — Elias here from Miami. I understand you need to automate the process of filling out a lab list with various test types, which involves handling a significant amount of data from an Excel file. The goal is to streamline this task effectively. The real technical challenge here typically revolves around ensuring data accuracy and managing the complexity of the lab records. A common issue in this type of automation is the variety of test types across different labs, which may require robust logic to handle exceptions and maintain data integrity. Additionally, scalability will be crucial as the number of labs grows. My approach would involve setting up a structured pipeline that leverages Python for data processing and web scraping. I would prioritize creating a reliable API integration to facilitate data retrieval and ensure that the automation logic is both maintainable and adaptable for future adjustments. I have worked on similar automation projects that required intricate data handling and API interactions, so I understand the nuances involved. A few questions to better understand the scope: Q1 – How do you envision handling discrepancies in lab data or test types? Q2 – Are there specific data sources or APIs you plan to utilize for the test types? Q3 – What level of detail do you need in the final output? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi, I'm Denis, a full-stack developer specializing in data automation, web scraping, and LLM workflows. I understand your challenge—manually querying AI for lab test information across thousands of records doesn't scale. Here's what I propose: I'll build a Python script that reads your Excel file and automatically discovers which of your four target tests each lab offers, then populates the results back into your spreadsheet. The approach combines web search (via Google Custom Search API or similar) with LLM intelligence to find lab websites and extract test information. The LLM layer handles variations in how tests are named across different labs, matching them even when wording differs. The workflow is straightforward: load Excel data → search for each lab's test offerings → validate results → log failures → output clean spreadsheet. I'll include retry logic and detailed logging so you can review edge cases. Key consideration: Lab websites present information differently, and test names vary regionally. I'll combine web search with LLM matching to handle this, then validate our approach on your 50-lab sample first to ensure we hit your 90% accuracy threshold before processing the full dataset. Deliverables: - Production-ready Python script - Setup instructions with API requirements - Sample run on 50 labs with output format - Documentation for re-running and scaling I'm ready to start immediately. Let's discuss the details. Thanks, Denis.

Hello, For 10,000+ Excel lab rows, I would not automate copy/paste into Google; I would build a Python pipeline that finds the likely official lab site, extracts test wording, and flags the four target tests. The main risk is false positives from directories, so each match needs source URLs, confidence, and a manual-review status. - A repeatable .xlsx in, .xlsx out process with columns for each target test. - A 50-lab sample run that proves matching accuracy before the full file. - Clear logs for not found, ambiguous match, blocked site, and no listed tests. - Setup notes for API keys, reruns, and adding new labs later. Do you already have the four test names and accepted synonyms for each? I can start by defining the matching rules around your sample file. Roman

Hi, I've built AI enrichment pipelines that pull data across large datasets and write structured results back. For one product we combined Google Gemini and OpenAI to analyze content and generate accurate structured output at scale, and internally we run AI-driven workflows that encode domain rules into repeatable, unattended processes. One thing worth settling early: raw AI search often hallucinates lab test coverage. I'd anchor results to the lab's real website or verified sources, then log confidence per row so unmatched labs land in a review column rather than getting a false yes. That protects your 90 percent accuracy target. Quick question: do the four tests have consistent naming, or do site wordings vary a lot? That decides how strict the matching logic should be. Can start with the 50-lab sample as a first milestone so you only pay once it passes. Adil

I've built similar AI-driven data enrichment pipelines for medical providers before, so this is right in my wheelhouse. I'll use Python with pandas for Excel handling, Google's Custom Search API for lab site discovery, and LangChain for LLM-based test extraction—all wrapped in a retryable workflow with logging. The script will batch-process rows, validate against the four target tests, and output a clean CSV with confidence flags. For reliability, I'll add exponential backoff for API limits and manual review flags for edge cases. I can outline the exact setup after reviewing the sample data. I can start immediately. Thanks, Andrii.

The key is not simply asking an LLM about each lab. I would separate official-website matching from test extraction so every Yes/No result can be traced back to evidence from the correct laboratory. The Python pipeline would normalize each lab name/address/phone, identify the official website, search/crawl the relevant service/testing pages, then classify only the four required tests. Each result would include the source URL, evidence wording, confidence and review status. For 10,000+ records I would add caching, duplicate-domain handling, retries, checkpoints and a manual-review queue so failed rows can be rerun without starting over. I would first validate the workflow on your 50-lab sample and measure website-match accuracy before running the full workbook. I can start immediately after award and receipt of the four test names plus sample Excel/results.

I can build a production-ready Python agent that processes your Excel lab list, identifies the correct lab websites, and checks each site for the four specified medical tests. The workflow can combine reliable web search, site retrieval, structured extraction, and LLM-assisted verification while preserving the wording found on each source. It will support unattended processing of 10,000+ records, safe batching, retries, rate-limit handling, duplicate detection, and resumable runs so new labs can be added without repeating completed work. You’ll receive: • A Python script, notebook, or containerized application • Configurable input/output spreadsheet columns • Website matching and test-extraction confidence fields • Clear logs for failures, ambiguous matches, and manual review • API-key and setup documentation • A 50-lab sample run with validation results • Guidance for expanding or modifying the four-test rules I’ll design the process around your acceptance criteria, including at least 90% website matching on the sample and blanks only when information cannot be confirmed. The implementation will also make source URLs and evidence available for auditing each result.

Hello, System understanding: The client has an Excel file with lab name, address, phone. For each row they need to query an AI (e.g., Google AI with custom prompts) to determine if the lab offers four specific medical tests. The process must be automated end-to-end: read Excel, call AI, parse response, write results back, with logging and error handling for unattended runs and future re-runs. Technical approach: Use Python with pandas/openpyxl to read/write Excel. Build a lightweight wrapper around Google's Generative AI API (or OpenAI) that sends a prompt containing lab details and asks for test offerings. Parse the AI text for the four target tests, normalizing variations. Store results in new columns, flag mismatches, and write logs to a CSV/file. Deploy as a containerised script (Docker) for easy scheduling and re-runs. Core modules: Excel I/O handler; AI query engine with prompt templating and retry logic; Result parser & normalizer; Output writer & logger; Orchestrator that loops over rows with rate-limit handling and checkpointing. Relevant systems: Social Media Content Generator (n8n, OpenAI, Google Sheets) - shows AI-driven sheet automation; AI-Driven Sales Call Automation System (n8n, VAPI, Google Sheets) - demonstrates Google Sheets integration at scale; Automation Lead Generator - 8-agent pipeline using web scraping, Google Places API, and LLMs for data enrichment. Implementation strategy: Start with a proof-of-concept on 50 labs to validate prompt accuracy and parsing (>=90% match). Once approved, containerise the script, add checkpoint/resume logic, and run the full list unattended. Provide setup guide, API key instructions, and a sample output spreadsheet. Questions: 1. Which four specific tests should the agent look for, and are there any acceptable synonyms or variations we should treat as a positive match? 2. Do you prefer using Google's Generative AI API (e.g., Gemini) or another LLM (OpenAI) for the lookup, and do you already have API credentials? 3. How should we handle labs that return ambiguous or conflicting information-should we flag them for manual review or attempt a follow-up query with refined prompts? Regards, Rohit

Hi there, Automating the identification of four medical tests across more than 10,000 laboratory records requires a reliable workflow for matching each lab, gathering evidence, and producing reviewable spreadsheet results, not simply repeating browser searches. I have strong hands-on experience with Python, Automation, and API Integration and have solved similar problems involving structured web data extraction and AI-assisted classification. My approach would be to: * Review the existing Excel structure, sample search results, target tests, and expected output columns. * Identify the root cause and determine what can be reused versus what needs to be changed. * Implement a clean, maintainable solution using Python, targeted web discovery, API Integration, and structured AI extraction. * Test edge cases, reliability, performance, security, and integration behavior. * Deploy or integrate the fix without disrupting the existing system. I will include confidence scores, source URLs, raw evidence, retry handling, rate limiting, deduplication, and detailed logs so uncertain matches can be reviewed manually. A staged 50-lab run will validate website matching and wording before scaling to the full workbook. I prefer fixing the actual root cause rather than applying temporary patches, and I will keep the implementation simple, stable, and maintainable. I can start by reviewing the sample workbook, four test definitions, and example outputs, then proceed with the most practical

Batching thousands of web lookups reliably hinges on handling rate limits, retries, and fallback strategies when a search yields ambiguous lab listings. I build automated data pipelines and AI extraction workflows using Python, including an automated document data processing pipeline at https://www.freelancer.com/u/albertc1996/14083729 designed for precise multi-field extraction. For this project, a Python pipeline can query Google Search APIs paired with structured LLM parsing to evaluate the four required tests, recording unmatched records in a clean review log. We can begin immediately with the 50-lab sample run.

Hi, Automating the extraction of specific lab test data from over 10,000 records requires a reliable orchestration of AI queries and data validation to ensure high accuracy and repeatability. The main technical risk is ensuring consistent retrieval quality given the variability in lab web data and AI response formats. I have led the design and implementation of DocIntel AI, a document intelligence platform that automated web scraping, OCR, and AI extraction with robust error handling and scalable pipelines. This experience directly relates to building a reliable agent for your lab test extraction task. I typically design such systems by separating the ingestion layer that queries AI and scrapes data, from the extraction and validation layers that verify test presence and format results. This modular approach allows targeted improvements and easier error handling. To ensure production readiness, I recommend implementing confidence thresholds and detailed logging to flag uncertain matches for manual review, reducing false positives and improving reliability over time. I can start by outlining the agent workflow and error handling strategy to align on key architectural decisions. Thanks, Clifton
