So would there be a possibility in this case when there is calls regarding changes to booking we would be able to input a transfer to the phones for staff to pick up so the staff can deal with these issues, So the issues are being dealt with rather than the ai suggesting it can’t do it and the problem not being resolved, Would just need to be an option when the caller suggest their reason for calling when the ai can’t deal with the caller it gets dialled over to the business’s phones for a human to answer and then further resolve the issue at hand?
